Q. How will I know that you've received my order?
A. After placing your order online, you will receive a receipt via the e-mail address you have provided. PLEASE double-check this email for accurary and contact us ASAP if you see any errors.

Q. I placed an order and then changed my mind or realized I made a mistake? What should I do?
A. We pride ourselves on our ability to ship orders quickly; because of this your book may be printed within hours of placing your order. Cancellations and changes must be made within 2-hours of placing your order. Simply email us at customerservice@whenyouwereborn.com or call our customer service department at 1-888-927-2676.

Q. I just received my order and see a mistake. Can I get a replacement?
A. We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully; we will send you an email confirmation. If you do make an error and want a replacement, we will print the corrections for you - FREE of charge. Simply return, through traceable mail, the incorrect book (not the keepsake box) with $10.00 - to cover the additional shipping & handling costs. If we made the error, of course, then we will send a replacement book promptly at no charge to you.

A. The 2004 edition will be available following the Academy Awards ceremony in February, 2005.
